*I have lived in Colorado since 1997.I grew up in Vermont, married my husband right out of college and we settled in Boulder were we raised our daughter who is a CU buff, ski racer and Lacross player. My husband is a principal here in the Boulder Valley School District. I have been in real estate since 2004. We have 2 horses and a golden retriever. During my free time I like to horseback ride, ski , hike, work out, go dancing or have a BBQ. I am a CU football fan……so yes I love going to the football games …..I am forever a CU BUFF! On a professional note: I am extremely passionate & professional about helping others especially when it comes to marketing a home for sale and finding you a new place to call home. In addition I have built a strong referral network so that I am able to refer buyers and sellers to Realtors all over the world.

We live in Guatemala and when our daughter and family left Guatemala to move to Boulder, we decided that we wanted to buy a house also in Boulder. Our daughter contacted Kimberly Fels and she explained what we would be looking for. We wanted a one story ranch house because my husband can not use stairs due to his age and health. After looking at some houses, they saw a few possibilities. I came to Boulder to look at them and she showed us our dream house. It is in Gunbarrel and is everything we wanted. It has an open field in back and in the basement are two guest rooms and living room which is handy . The price was right. Kimberly was more than an agent, she was a friend.
